How this will work

Before the feed goes live

Authorized integration only. The feed will use a supported, authorized Instagram integration. We will not scrape Instagram.
Product links are manual. You associate each photo with one or more confirmed products yourself — associations are not automatic, and links are sized for easy tapping on a phone.
Curation and hiding. You can hide posts that aren't relevant to shopping.
Update frequency and limits. Most Instagram integrations refresh on a schedule rather than instantly, cap how many recent posts are returned, and require the connection to be re-authorized periodically. Exact frequency and limits depend on the app we choose.
This is not Instagram Shopping. An embedded feed on this website and product tagging inside Instagram are two separate features. Posting a photo on Instagram does not create a product.

Any app, subscription, fee, or permission needed for the feed will be disclosed to you before it is enabled. Nothing paid will be turned on without your approval.

Tagging products in your posts

Connect your Square Online store to Meta, or add products to a Meta catalog, so posts can be tagged.
Connect the right Instagram business account and Meta business assets.
Check current eligibility and approval requirements with Meta.
Publish eligible products to your Meta catalog and keep details and availability in sync.
Verify that each tagged product opens the intended live product page or supported checkout destination.
Test the full journey: post, tag, tap, product page, checkout.

Do not assume this website's URLs are automatically used by the Meta catalog — the destination each tag points to has to be verified.

Ask about setup
